Mindfulness for TeensIn our fast paced culture of video games, TV, school, work, activities, and stress, it can be hard for young people to learn how to relax . Mindfulness techniques help to reduce anxiety and stress, improve our health, and provide lasting skills that teens can use to help manage stress throughout their lives. This group is particularly great for teens who are high achievers, experience anxiety or high levels of stress, or who just want to learn to enjoy life more fully.
