Therapeutic Approach |
Brooke approaches therapy as a collaboration between therapist and client,
which includes prioritizing a strong therapeutic relationship. She meets a client wherever they are, offering unconditional positive regard throughout the process. She believes that healing is possible and highly individual. The evidence-based treatment techniques and time required for increasing wellness will be unique and require intentionality from both client and therapist, and Brooke is committed to providing a safe and encouraging space to explore the journey to well-being together. |
Brooke is currently supervised by Dr. Elisabeth Jerome, Ph.D. LCP and Dr. Tanya Meline, MSW, LCSW.
