Services

We offer a range of personalized dietary and nutrition services, that can help you achieve both your behavioral health and nutritional goals, including:

  • Integrated treatment: our dietitian works side-by-side with our behavioral health and psychiatry departments to ensure your behavioral health and nutrition goals are aligned
  • Nutrient-based support for mental health issues: What we eat impacts how we feel. Our dietitian can guide you in making dietary changes that promote improved mood.
  • Addressing emotional eating and improving your relationship with food: We focus on promoting lasting and sustainable change, and on developing a healthy relationship with food.
  • Sports and fitness: Dietary and nutrition support is a key component for athletes in maximizing health and performance goals.
  • Autism Spectrum Disorders and Food Phobias: Picky eating, aversion to certain textures, food-avoidance, and food-phobia's can be addressed through collaborative care with a therapist and dietitian.
  • Eating Disorders: A critical element of eating disorder treatment is collaborative, integrative care between an experienced therapist and dietitian. Our eating disorder specialist and dietitian both have over 10 years of specialized experience working with individuals with eating disorders.
  • Maternity and pre/postnatal health: Dietary and nutrition counseling can help support healthy pre- and post-natal health in both mother and child.
  • General nutrition and wellness: You do not need to be in therapy at WellSpring to use our dietary and nutrition services. We can support your general nutrition and wellness goals.

We offer a free phone consultation to determine whether dietary/nutrition services may be helpful to you. Subsequent services are fee-for-service, and you may submit for reimbursement if covered by your insurance carrier. The initial meeting will be a comprehensive evaluation of your goals, concerns, and current health and nutrition status. Follow-up sessions are generally 30-minutes, and help to support your progress over time.
