If they can find what stands in their way, they can move past it, coming to a place of greater self-understanding and personal growth. She uses a combination of person-centered, Cognitive Behavioral, and Acceptance and Commitment strategies to walk with clients through their challenges until they find their way. She also has training in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy, and psychological and educational assessment.
