Integrated, Collaborative Care

We are excited to offer co-located, collaborative psychiatry services to our patients.

Research shows that for many presenting concerns, a combination of therapy and medication  offers the most effective treatment. 
WellSpring is pleased to offer integrated psychiatric (medication) services for children, adolescents, and adults. We value an integrated healthcare model, where medical and behavioral health providers work closely together to provide collaborative care.

Our psychiatry providers work alongside our team of behavioral health providers, in order to provide a variety of treatment options that optimize our client's psychological wellbeing. Our behavioral health and psychiatry teams meet regularly to ensure that we are providing truly integrative, collaborative care. Having psychiatry on-site allows us to have regular communication, to share patient information more easily, and to monitor cases more closely as they progress with treatment. We believe this model will be a tremendous asset to our patients and community.

Please note, psychiatry appointments are IN PERSON at our Fredericksburg office.

Please be aware that psychiatry calls are generally returned on Mondays and Tuesdays, and it may take up to a week to return your call. Please be aware if your voicemail is full, we will not be able to leave a message.
Our psychiatrists are in-network with some insurance plans. Please see our Insurance Page for more information about current in-network insurance plans. 
Refill requests MUST be called in directly by the Patient to your provider. Refill requests from the pharmacy will not be accepted.
