A Social Board Game Group for Middle schoolers

Do you have a middle schooler who loves board games and would benefit from interacting with other pre-teens with similar interests? What if they could also learn social skills and reduce social anxiety in the process?

This group is perfect for Middle School Kids who:

  • Enjoy board/strategy games (experience not required)

  • Would benefit from a supportive, inclusive, low pressure, neurodiversity-friendly environment to interact with peers

  • Could benefit from improving their social skills, communication skills, emotion regulation skills, and/or increase their comfort-level in group settings

Meet your Game Master

This group is led by Jessica Miller, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked with children and adolescents with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Anxiety for over a decade. Her creative approach and her understanding of neurodiversity in children and adolescents make this group a unique, supportive, growth-focused (and FUN!) environment.

Info

Families can sign up for 6-weeks at a time (the group is $35 for each hour and a half session) and games will be provided. We ask for 48-hours notice if your child cannot meet one of the 6 weeks, so that we can get an accurate count of group members for each week.
