Cancellation Policy
If the training is cancelled or rescheduled by WellSpring for any reason, participants will have the option of attending a later training or receiving a full refund.
If the participant cancels at least 30 days prior to the start of the training, the participant will receive a full refund minus a $75 processing fee. If the participant cancels less than 30 days prior to the first training date, they will be given a full refund less the $75 processing fee if the slot can be filled by another participant. If the slot cannot be filled, the participant will not be refunded. Participants will be charged for any materials that have already been shipped to them by TICTI, unless those materials are returned to TICTI at the participants expense.
If a participant no-shows, does not complete the training, or withdrawals on or before the first day of the training, no refund will be given.
If a participant must cancel due to extenuating circumstances, they should contact us directly to discuss options. WellSpring may make exceptions at our sole discretion.
