We offer a range of therapy services for children and adolescents including individual therapy, family therapy, and parenting support. 

Teletherapy

We offer the option of virtual therapy sessions. As always, we strive to offer the most effective care possible, and will only advise tele-therapy if we feel it is a good option for you. 

ADult and Couples
​Therapy

We offer therapy services for adults to address a range of presenting concerns. Some of our providers are also experienced in couples therapy. 

Groups and
​Courses

We offer a number of groups and courses including our Teen Group and Parenting Course.

Trauma and
​EMDR

We have a number of providers who specialize in treatment of trauma with children and adults, including EMDR therapy.
